the four steps
Our model is based on the client following "the four steps," which will not only make things clear and simple but also streamline your business. You focus on these steps, and we handle everything else.
Invoicing
You create your invoices in Fortnox and click "Send." We are available for support if you have any questions, update the accounts receivable, and record payments.
Supplier Invoices
Your customers' supplier invoices are sent directly into Fortnox. We code the invoice, and you approve it for payment, send the payment file, and approve it at the bank.
Receipts
You photograph all your receipts in our receipt app, Mynt, and then submit them to our accounting system. We reconcile and record them.
Payroll
You specify who should receive a salary and register absences and deviations in Fortnox. We create the payslips and make the payments.
How it's done
What Our Steps Actually Mean
1. Invoicing
You log in to Fortnox and create a new invoice. It’s super easy to create and send the invoice directly from the system.
2. Supplier Invoices
We redirect all your supplier invoices so they come in digitally directly into Fortnox. You avoid unnecessary paperwork, and the bookkeeping is as up-to-date as possible. You approve, send the payment file, and confirm it at the bank.
3. Receipts and Expenses
You receive a card from our partner, Mynt. The card is linked to an app where you can easily photograph all receipts and be reminded to do so immediately at the time of purchase. Simple and convenient—even for those who struggle with receipts.
4. Payroll
You specify the salary to be paid and when, and register sick leave, vacations, and similar in Fortnox. We process the payroll, send out the payslips, make the payments, and report to the tax authorities.

Criteria
You must meet the following criteria to receive the pricing we offer:
- Sole proprietorship/limited company/AB
- 0-25 verifications per month
- 1 salary
- Turnover 0-1 million SEK
- Quarterly VAT/annual VAT
- No other external systems requiring integrations
- Bank with bank connection (SEB, Handelsbanken, Nordea, Swedbank)
- Mynt as the only company card
- Revenue generated only through invoicing

At Saldo, we use Fortnox as our accounting system. We have a close partnership that allows us to offer favorable prices on licenses. The system is entirely web-based, and you can both invoice and scan receipts through an app.
Our price includes ongoing accounting, the financial statement, the annual report, and the income tax return.
The license cost for Fortnox. Additionally, if you need help with other services such as reports to Collectum, converting a company, starting a new company, budgeting, cash flow budgeting, dividend calculations, etc., these are not included in the price.
As a Saldo Solo client, you receive reports monthly, quarterly, or annually, depending on what we agree upon. However, you can always download reports directly from Fortnox yourself.
Absolutely. We keep track of all important dates for your company. Important things to monitor include taxes, employer contributions, and financial statements. Nice, right?
